Shore excursions, airfare, cruise gratuities of $13.50pp per day or $16.50pp for suite guests, travel insurance, carbonated drinks, Alcohol Beverages, specialty restaurant and Casino.
Reservation Policies
Reservations are confirmed on a first come, first serve basis. A non-refundable deposit of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($250.00) pp. /dbl. occ., for each applicant per room (except for SPECIAL REQUEST where five hundred dollars ($500.00) or more could be required). Application for reservation concludes that the individual(s) eligibility and understanding to tour conditions are acceptable.
A payment schedule will be arranged in accordance with the request accommodations and reservations. This schedule becomes effective upon receipt by the participant. OUR GANG TRAVEL will not be responsible for payment(s) not received, nor for contact reminders regarding payments. Reservation (s) will be cancelled for non-payment, penalties applied and excess funds (if applicable) returned. OUR GANG TRAVEL will assess a service charge of $35.00 for each returned check item.
No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, and early departure. If an individual must cancel, the RESERVATION IS TRANSFERABLE (not the named group ticket) to another person for an assessed penalty fee providing the reservation is paid in full. Our Gang Travel act only as agents to companies providing transportation and accommodations and cannot be held responsible for events beyond its control.
